12u-14u Baseball Players: Spring Training offers 4 weeks of live games and instruction along the way to prepare you for your upcoming baseball season! Here is what Spring Training will focus on: SATURDAYS - GAME DAY: Warmups: - Pitchers will run through a proper warm-up to get each pitcher ready for their outing - Stretching and hitting - Offense and defense drills Live Simulated Games (on our turf field, weather permitting): - Teams - 5/7 innings - In game development and training to improve performance and competition THURSDAYS - RILEY'S RELIEF: - Break down each pitcher's film and performance from the Saturday games - Work on pitching mechanics to enhance next Saturday's performance The cost for both hitting and pitching is $250.
