12u-14u Baseball Players: Spring Training offers 4 weeks of live games and instruction along the way to prepare you for your upcoming baseball season! Here is what Spring Training will focus on: SATURDAYS - GAME DAY: Warmups: - Proper warm-ups and stretching - Offense and defense drills Live Simulated Games (on our turf field, weather permitting): - Teams - 5/7 innings - In game development and training to improve performance and competition The cost is $150 for hitting only.
